Spread over four floors the spacious accommodation sleeps up to 6.
		GROUND FLOOR Kitchen - The kitchen has the original stone floor and mullion window. Appliances include a dishwasher, microwave and an electric oven Dining Room - Next door to the kitchen with large farmhouse table and chairs and sitting area Secluded Courtyard - Access from the kitchen where you can barbecue and dine al fresco. A tub of fresh herbs is planted for you to use and enjoy			FIRST FLOOR Lounge - With large double sofa bed, comfortable chairs and wood burning stove, TV and DVD player Snug Room - Adjoining the lounge, to put your feet up and relax Utility Room - Somewhere to dump your muddy boots after a day out walking. Also houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board
		SECOND FLOOR Master Bedroom - A light airy room with king size cast iron bed comfortably made up with Egyptian cotton bedding. Also TV and tea making facilities Bathroom - A generous space with original floor boards, shower over bath and soft fluffy towels Landing - With a spacious reading area			THIRD FLOOR Attic Room - A cosy converted attic room with two single beds If required, a cot can be arranged prior to arrival
		As this is an old cottage, please bare in mind the stairs are original and some people may find them steep and narrow.
